Chocolate factory

La Cholita is a Peruvian business founded in 1959. Our main objective is to make “chuncho” variety chocolate, originated in the Convencion valley and Lares, Perú. We strive to be Peru’s highest quality chocolate manufacturers and have been recognized as such through various national and international awards. These awards have supported the fulfillment of our vision to be dedicated to the production of chocolates and bonbons that surpass the quality of those currently in the market. We use select fruit and exotic liquors from the region as raw materials in our production, including golden berries, elder berries, maca (Lepidium meyeni), Peruvian Pisco, amaranthus, pecans, chestnuts, cat’s claw (Uncaria tormentosa), and chuchuhuasi (Maytenus laevis); creating a value chain in Peru’s rural areas. This helps us fulfill our social responsibility and to live up to our slogan: “we pamper your palate”.

Beverage chocolate in trade mark: Ollanta and Cusco.

• Cover chocolate: bitter, dark, milk, white chocolate.

• Assorted bonbons:
- Liqueur: Peruvian Pisco, Maca (lepidium meyeni), sauco (elder berry), uña de gato (cat’s claw), rum, chuchuhuasi (Maytenus laevis), 7 roots, liqueur of coca, R.C.
- Creams of sauco, aguaymanto (golden berry), whisky, orange, moka, curacao, brandy, mint.

• Fine truffles: amaretto, rum and raisin, marzipan, bailey, cherry and coconut.

• Kiwicha (amaranthus), coffee beans, raisin, peanut and cereals, covered with chocolate.
